It was a fancy and exquisite hotel in a very comfortable area, near public transport and the Allegro in Bern. Cereals, eggs, and cheese were fresh and overall there was a lot of food.

I had a very nice experience at this hotel: it fully met the expectations I have of a 4-star hotel: the (comfort) room was very light, congenial, good bed, clean and practical bathroom, breakfast & room service was ok and the staff was in general very helpful and kind. It's not cheap, but worth its prize.

The location is excellent, basement parking with lift direct to the lobby was very convenient, friendly & professional front desk staff, and the tram stop right in front of the hotel made life very easy for us with 2 young children on our trip. Also must add that the hotel landscaping was good with nice views of the city.
None. Suited our needs for the short stay.

I loved the hotel! It is beautiful, large and clean and has a beautiful garden to enjoy a moment of relaxation and take something listening to the stream. It has several restaurants, a lot of family atmosphere. people at the hotel are very attentive at all times. rooms are spectacular with a 2 by 2 bed and a good bathroom equipped with everything you need. We went with a lower category and we were raised without asking, that was a detail really. We had dinner at the end of the year in the Meridian restaurant, we decided to reserve a menu of 265 euros per person to enjoy a year ticket in conditions and truth is that it was a very special moment, it did not include drinks and we ended up paying 800 euros (which we already imagined and we paid very nicely for being such a special occasion). waiters and sonelier were very kind and attentive. Anyway we would not repeat that dinner, maybe there was more atmosphere in the other restaurants of the hotel than on the roof, prices would be much lower. pity is that while dining you can not admire the view of Bern because there is still a terrace and a glass that separates, that we disappointed a little. Then it is great to have a drink on the terrace and see the fire and welcome the year. Our experience in this hotel was 10! the breakfast was spectacular! Anything you want to have, you can have it at this breakfast, it's worth it.

The bedroom was large, modern and clean and had a balcony.the staff was very helpful, and eager to please.the hotel itself was just across the bridge from the old town and trams stopped right in front.excellent value for the money...if you book on the weekend as the rates are 30-40% less than during the work week.
The lack of A.C. was a serious problem.had to sleep with the balcony doors wide open all night.many others complaining about this problem at the front desk.

the wonderful view from panorama room. easy tram access to city and station. comfortable room with coffee machine..free welcome drink and fresh fruit. helpful reception staff.
location of jaccuzzi - too isolated and close to men's area. access to shower climbing over bath. breakfast too expensive.

Design--lovely space. It feels good inside and feels special, not like standard luxury hotels, which often all seem the same. We liked walking up those modern steps to our 2nd-floor room.

I had an amazing stay with a breathtaking view of the Swiss Alps and old town from my room. The gym was one of the best I've seen abroad! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with endless options that kept me energized throughout the day.

The room was nice and big, and the staff helpful. The spa was nice, although a bit small (two small saunas and a jacuzzi). The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and was open until 11 am.

My recent visit was nice due to the fine views from my room and the friendly staff. Enjoyed the good sushi at the Japanese restaurant and refreshing mocktails at the bar. Don't miss the lovely garden area-perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.
